This traditional green tea has a hearty body and a nicely neutral profile making it diverse for both hot and cold teas. Because it is a rolled tea resembling the shape of gunpowder, hence it's name, it can easily be re-steeped several times. Each subsequent infusion does well to add 30 seconds on top of the original steeping time. This tea is great to use in making homemade kombucha!
